If you watch carefully the mirror wobbles when he moves off the table behind the sheet. It is still an impressive trick that just needs refining. He is an amazing performer and very entertaining to watch. Part of the fun in watching magicians is to try and figure out how they did it, it is this type of feedback that drives them to improve their tricks and make it harder for us to figure out. Obviously people are watching.

Pause the video at 00:56 seconds
and notice that there is a chair behind the table and the front right leg can be seen from under the table. If there were a mirror under & between the table, then surely the front right leg of the chair cannot be seen. and you can still see the shadow of the tree through under the table. Illusions are for real as much as hypnotism.

Your argument is still doubtful. If there were a mirror in there then from the position of the camera, wouldn't the legs of the table be reflected and seen in the mirror?
