    That everybody thinks audacity is the only recording application out there. Actually it is quite clunky, and handicapped compared to most others. There are hundreds, if not thousands of them, many are free. Any one of them simply uses windows built in recording functions, you can use ANY program to record streaming radio, mic input, line input, any sound, ANY!

      I dont see why not as long as you have a mic hooked up. The only problem would be if there was a time limit to each recording. Cant hurt to download it and try it out. The quality of your meetings recordings will probobly come down to the quality of the mic you pick up.
