  • Might not be true

    It's good for system with low memory, it will write those lower priority stuff as cache file to the HDD instead of taking up the ram.

    But it might cause your system to slow down if you already have sufficient ram. HDD can't really substitute RAM in term of speed. so by pushing cache file to the HDD instead of remaining in RAM, it will eventually slow down your system.

  • Who can explain me why 4096???

    Does it matter how much ram memory you have? or processor speed? I would like to try this tip without messing up my computer's system.......Thank's and sorry for my bad english it's not my first language.
