Where is the US army?
Bush wanted to oust Sadam "because he is a brutal dictator". Now Bush "watches the situation carefully" in this place. I doubt he will send in the army. You see, this particular country has no oil.

To leave the area if a riot is in progress. There are far more violent protesters than innocent bystanders.

If you are in a demonstration and it gets violent, leave. You will be considered a threat if you don't comply.

Nobody likes a military government but in their eyes they are snuffing a take over. Also note that Myanmar isn't America. That's just how they roll.

This is a good arguement for the gun rig...
When only the government has guns, the civilians are helpless. An armed population can stand up against thugs like these which assures their freedom.

  only support regimes who behave like this towards the people. Check out Egypt, next to Israel it is the largest recipient of US aid yet it's been treating it's people far worse than the burmese for decades
