    When he stretched the two rubbers each in his hand look at his right hand fingers well the rubber was in the middle, he used (i don't remember their names in English) the 2nd finger, take the rubber from the 1st one, go down & take the side of the rubber in the middle finger behind the other rubber, and so the 1st rubber is out.
