  No matter what the law, anyone who REALLY wants a gun, will be able to get one (or ten). Killing each other is what humans do.
  
  And if the government gets to be the only legal carriers, those guns will also eventually find their way to the street.

Like he said, you can't take all the weapons out. Take out the guns and you still have other weapons. Knives, box cutters, rocks, pens. I remember in grade school this boy was picking (hitting) me so I hit him in the head with my purse. He said he'd never pick on me again; I had a bottle of Avon in my purse. Another time, a boy was spitting on my from a 2 nd story. I told him to stop, the nasty spitting. He didn't and I threw a pebble (little rock) and bull's eye, I gotta him!
