This isn't footage from the Halo movie
Hate to break it to you guys, but it isn't.

It is just something that Weta whipped up for the upcoming release for Halo3.

The first part with the assembly lines was shown during E3 2007. So it isn't leaked.

The next part with the 2 soldiers running along the wall is episode one of 2 short videos that Weta workshop made for the release of Halo 3.

They aren't "leaked" and they most certainly aren't for the Halo Movie.

- It's not cancelled
  it was just temporarily halted because fox didnt want to make the movie any more so a new company had to pick up from where it was left off. These vidds like r315r4z0r said are just for halo3.

  Canceled, its on halt due to financial problems. Universal studios pulled out on the project all of a sudden. So this wont resume until a bit later, after Halo 3 launch. Which already happened, so yeah.

Who cares...
I don't care if it's leaked, unreleased, official, who cares. This was very good. Actually, this kicked ass. This vid is actually better if it *isn't* "real", because that means amateurs made this rockass vid on their own. Whoever made it, prof or amat, I give props.

damnit, how many times do I have to say this.

This isn't the goddamn Halo movie. They were just little shorts made for Halo 3.
Also the real movie is directed by the same guy that made this Halo short. Not peter Jackson. Peter Jackson is the executive producer.

Next person that says this is the halo movie, I swear to god I'll invent a device that will be able to deliver a swift punch to the throat over the internet.

Thanks alot for posting this man. I always wanted to see footage from the Halo movie and thought I would never be able to because It was confirmed to be canceled.

Not from the Halo movie
This is not from the halo movie. Alot of it was done by weta workshop, and the same director. It is a combination of 3 or 4 clips that were made seperately from the movie, which isnt even in production yet, and released a while ago. Still awesome though.
