YES, there are plenty of other illusion type videos on this site and they all say that they are the best. All I can honestly say is I've gathered almost every illusion out there. Time and care went into choosing which ones should be in this video. Other people's opinions and favorites also mattered. So here's the BEST and GREATEST Illusions I could find. I tried my best at choosing how fast the illusions change from one to another. If it's too fast, I'm sorry. Pausing the video helps tremendously. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I had making it. Remember, none of the images are moving in any way. No animated gifs either. Just pause the video to see for yourself. *NOTE: If there's an image in this video you'd like to examine more closely, just simply pause it on the place you'd like, then hit the "PRINT SCRN" key to take a snapshot of the screen, then lastly open up MS PAINT and then paste the picture there.

  • "The Moons" Explanation

I made a small video explaining "The Moons" illusion. A lot of you wrote me asking me to explain it. Click on my name and the video link will be in my "info" area. Thanks...

    • Duh

The moons, for example, are the same. Just the backgrounds are different in pictures. So If you take a still shot and put the moons next to each other without background, you'll see.

    • Ok...

Take a snapshot of the screen. (printscrn button) then open up Paint (the paint program that comes with Windows), then paste the snapshot in paint. Then just erase everything in the snapshot except for the two moons. Then compare them both together. It's the surrounding shades around the moons that make our eyes believe one is black and one white. Get rid of the surrounding shades, then we'll see it more clearly.

  • Nice try, but...

The pace of the presentation is too fast to appreciate some of the illusions and you can't save individual images so that they can be compared like you suggest.

    • Ummm....

Are you new at computers? What do you mean you can't save individual images??? Just pause the video on the image you would like, then push the little key that says "Print Scrn" (That key takes a snapshot of whatever is shown on the screen), then just open up paint and paste. Presto! There's the image. I remember learning about the "print scrn" then paste in paint my first year of learning computers. Now, remember..."print scrn" key to take the snapshot of screen, then open paint and paste. k?

    • Try it with the "print scrn"

Like I said above, press the "Print Scrn" key to take a snapshot of your screen, paste it in paint or whatever is your fav image viewer. I like paint because you can also edit it then too.

    • have you tried this yourself?

I mean, while you pust print scrn and go to paint, for example, and paste, the video isn't necessarily there cause it doesn't always work that way. That's why there's programs which let you take snapshots of video files.
