considering the dangerousness of the weapon alchohol is a good choice since it is flamable but not combustible. sweet toy :P

not to mention the fact that ANY Piercing in the unit will immediately turn YOU into the Christmas tree, like your talking about with WWII, in Iwo Jima, flamethrowers (and all nearby) were blown into flames because of bullets hitting the giant tankards of chemicals on their back

I'd like to also mention that it can backfire while setting that pilot light and burn you badly, and chemicals released can indeed kill you or at least give you bad brain damage.

the container wouldnt melt and the flame wouldnt go go back up it u can only do it with those type that pressurize the fuel becuz there is a special valve that stops the water or fuel from going back in

If you wanna try this then you take a risk. You take the risks of explosion and burning. If the gun melts then whatever, you took a risk and you lost.

If your a stupid kid you shouldn't know how to make this and if you do then you blow yourself up, whoopsy... Lol...

some one said you could use alcohl bc it is flameable but not combustable. what about then?

I'd try it with alcohol.

use any fuel, usually gasoline, that burns HOT, alcohol wont cut it. and it wont burst into flames either. as for a flamethrower, when you get shot in the tank, the gas will leak, but u will not catch fire. only tracer rounds would do that since tracer rounds are on fire.
use an electric starter, since an open flame WILL ignite the fuel much closer in and you will get serious burns and scars, possibly death from the shock. this is even more dangerous than playing with thermite, since anybody can find flammable liquids.
heh, and if anyone gets soaked with flamabble stuff it becomes ripe for disaster.
