That is the USS Intrepid, an Essex class WWII era carrier. It is in port undergoing restorations for the Intrepid National Museum. Not the Enterprise.

There is one at Davis Monthan AFB in Az. (Still operational) at the C.A.P. Hanger. There is a second at the Pima Air Museum also in Tucson AZ. (Static Display) Im sure there are a few more here and there in hangers.

the third one is at the us space and rocket center in huntsville alabama about 30 mins from where i live

the second one is at lackland air force base in san antonio texas, it was put out of commision because it was leaking fuel during flight, ive been there its pretty sweet(not open to the public) thats why it was on the grass, not on a runway

Those aren't secret locations. Most of them are stripped down and used as show models on display.

The third one is a Space Shuttle, obviously, and there are twelve Blackbirds other than that, but what's up with the last one being white?

The first one is (was) at the USS Enterprise on the edge of Manhattan. It's gone at the moment (ship being fixed) but it's not much of a secret... it's a museum.
