300 workout version 8: Here are the simple rules: Perform one set from A1 and then one set of A2, rest for 45 sec, then repeat until you did 2 sets of each. Don't rest between these sets. For example, perform Staggered Push followed by Decline Press without any break in between this set.
before clicking this video - theres a warning that this should only be done once and not used as a weekly or daily routine? i was thinking about adding this to my workout.i.e 300 inthe morning weight training at night? any idea why its advised not to do this as often. seems like a good cardio to me?

im nerly 16 and i weigh 105kg but i fit into a large shirt which is average for a person thats 6ft with a shoulder width of 46cm
so eva ur only about short with muscle or tall with no muscle
im 14 almost 15 and i was wondering if i could do these exercises too? i thought maybe les then normal adults??

try doing this exercise 3\4 times a week (with at least 1 day rest between every day of exercise) and you will be just fine!
