The fact that they will throw you in prison for not bowing to their rules is justification for ignoring their "authority!" The government does not exist to strike fear in us, it exists to SERVE us..     yea dude, its not mandatory to fill out the 1040 but if you dont, you dont get your refund, the taxes are automatically taken out of ur paycheck so if you dont want ur refund, thats ur decision i guess

      Which lies??? Point them out. You can't. Title 26 is NOT THE LAW! I repeat, Title 26 is the tax code, it is NOT law. You cannot be criminally prosecuted for breaking Title 26 code. That is why the IRS has it's own courts under he civil law. That is why they ban you from using the Constitution or even the code of law itself in their courts. They are NOT criminal courts, even tough the penalties are as if they were! Look it up, people.
