    • Palm heel strike is also borrowed

      Its used in Karate, Wing Chun and Silat (especially Gayung Fatani, Sendeng, Alif Ba Ta, Terlak, Sapik Kalo (I think), and a few of the other old ones). Its quite a common technique actually.
