Well ..
its good idea to heat it to use normal water BUT not DRINKING water, you can't gaurantee that none of initial plastic materials will not be DISSECTED into the water

No air inside?
You dork, you can do it in a paper cup, the reason is, the temperature never gets high enough to melt/burn the cup.
