Eduardo Quezon's Escandon received a Resolution from the state of California in the United States for his contributions to the Hispanic population of Southern California.
He received the resolution from a representative of the office of State Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez.
Presentation was done at an event that conmemorated 20 years of PIQE.
More than 375,000 parents have graduated from PIQE’s nine -week parent involvement training classes from 1,500 elementary, middle and high schools in California.

The Speaker awarded the resolution from the State of California to Eduardo Quezada's longstanding career as a news anchor in Los Angeles.
