It's probably not a real island however, just some marketing campaign for POTC (Pirates of the Caribbean)
Just search for Isla De Los Cruces and zoom out until you see "Pirate Island" in bold text.
For those that are pissed off and obnoxious, don't criticize the guy over something that's fake but does exist in Google Earth.
He's certainly not wasting our time and you shouldn't be wasting yours coming here if you're going to be rude.

None of those islands shows up on the satellite version of the same area in the Bahamas on Google Maps. I'd have to say that is a fake, but I guess that is supposed to be obvious?
