A quick how to just to get the bike moving. Some people will criticize the fact I say to only use the rear brake. I don't say only use the rear brake when riding. I say only use the rear....when learning first gear. There's a big difference. For very low speed riding (in a parking lot) the rear brake is enough....and there's much less chance of locking a tire and dropping the bike.

  There are a few out there, but a more general answer would be "no". If you want automatic, then a scooter would be the way to go.
