The advantages of this weapon are obvious. On a glance its obvious that the compact design would reduce recoil (called 'kick' by morons). It would also make use of the weapon far more practical in close quarters situations.
Seems like an ideal law enforcement weapon to me. This is without looking up sites and reading shit that others have written, its from experience, and common sense.
You little imature counter strike faggots can go eat a dick. Try holding a real weapon and you'll realise within the first 2 seconds that a fuckin P.C game has NOTHING to do with a real firearm

forget what u seen in some bull shit game.this is reality. the p90 is the most powerfull sub machine gun in the world.it fires a armour piercing bullett that is almost as powerfull an an assault rifle bullet.for example if u look at the mp5 that fires 9mm bullets.the p90 bullets was much bigger and more powerfull.and it got 50 rounds magazine.but the p90 is very cool in cold winter for ps2.lol

I think that it was designed to be an ideal weapon for drivers and people who are in vehicles a lot. Might be a nitpick, but I don't know if I want to be on a hard surface and have all the brass going right down where my feet are. Additionally, it doesn't have to have the scope, light, IR emitter, etc all clamped onto it. Great clip, though - please post more - we appreciate this kind of quality.

and the 5,7 mm round can pierce standard body armor easy as a hot knife trough butter. Up to 5 kevlar vest can be penetraded from a disantance of about 50 meters.

Reasons:
Great gun, great design, great round due to its size and weight, very accurate, BUT, it is extremely expensive along with the ammunition it chambers.

... if you look at the board he's shooting at near the end you only see 1 hit from about 20 shots. This would appear to suggest it's accuracy in CS is correct.

looked up the specs on FN P90. i'd definitely carry it for special ops or urban warfare. it'd also be great for anti-terror ops like clearing an aircraft. nice paratroop or HALO weapon. wish it was available when i was in.

This principal was first designed by Mr. Smith in Houston back in the 60's. The entire gun was made of stainless. Empty rounds were ejected thru pistol grip at bottom. He ran into lots of problems with ATF and never got a manufacturer to buy it. I had the chance to fire the prototype, which was 9mm.
