511sqrt0=0 i will draw a horizontal line over the thrid 1, so that it becomes sqrt of zero which is zero, and anything that we multiple with zero equals zero

In equations you don't need multiplication symbols to say that something is being multiplied, SO:
51110 = 0
If you read the first and third symbols as absolute value lines then you have:
5|1|0 = 0
Which is also read as (I'll complete the equation now):
5 * |1| * 0 = 0
5 * 1 * 0 = 0
5 * 0 = 0
0 = 0
^_^
But if you really want to add a line, just make the 1 a 7. It'll still work. :D

this will be right if you add line on the - "=" and this will give a correct answer becouse 51110 dosent = 0 :D

51110=8 only put a line in the midle of de cero in the end of the result

The easiest change for one line is a line through the equals sign that makes it unequal. DUH! No calculations needed.

Turn the equal sign to a not equal sign by putting an angled line through it. Too easy.

one way to add one line to change is this line "/" or 5111/0=0 or tilt an existing line and add "/" for 511X0=0
