Every mammal in the world shares a very similar skeleton. The skulls are either a different animal, fake, or just a freak. I think the huge femur is from a different animal though.

there are tribes in south america that practice this form of deformation of to the skeletal structure as a custom. They tie things round there head form a child which slowly transforms the shape of there skull
