He might learn something he can use in the future, thus allowing my tax dollars to be used for something besides welfare and medicaid for this individual. Learn a worthy profession or a Mexican will take your job. Learn to manufacture something or the Chinese will manufacture it for you. Cheating is morally wrong and contributes to the escalating moral decay in this fine world we inhabit.

If you want to hide something really small, write it on a small sticker and stick it to the barrel of your pen. This should (hopefully) pass unnoticed.
Never need to use such a thing... But sure it will be useful for... teachers too... ;-D
