300 workout version 9: Here are the simple rules: Perform one set from A1 and then one set from A2, rest for 45 sec, then repeat until you did 2 sets of each. Don't rest between these sets. For example, perform DB Press followed by Band Press without any break in between this set. Spartans! Prepare for glory!

This workout (and the diet listed on your site) seem to focus on cutting. I really only need to cut around my waist, but I would like to build a bit more mass throughout the rest of my body. If I follow this workout/diet do you think I will lose muscle mass and just become smaller but more cut?

For example: I do B1 (15x) than go on with B2 (15x) and than back and again B1 (15x) and B2 (15x)....after that I can start with C1, is this correct?
Some exercices I don't do because I have no bands like you at home, but I try my best. Are there maybe other oppertunities to do the exercices with the bands?

My weekly workouts are never the same. Weight? It depends on what I am doing.

when its written like 2 x 15 reps it mean you have to do one move 15 time and do the exercise 2 time alternating between both of the same letter ex : A1 , A2 , A1 , A2 then u go to the B's exercises and so on all the exercises shown in the video are one routine you can do 3 time a week with a day of rest between
