    This actually proves this is Portal, Recharing HP is only in Portal. The BG is a MAP, NOT A PICTURE LIKE HL2:DM!!! And those models will fail in HL2:DM.

    This only proves that you can change the main menu and background in DeathMatch and import some models.

    None of this is surprising considering that both games are created on the source engine and therefore are inter-compatible.

    I didn't see any use of the portal gun in this video. The portal gun being the only aspect of the game that is really hard coded into 'Portal', it would serve as the only proof that you had made a real mod instead of just changing some files in your Deathmatch folder.
