sorry, my English Pronunciation is not good:)
that is why I bought the software to talk instead of me:)
there was text at the end I said this is computer talking not me.
by the way in my pc it plays well, I think while internet speed is slow it gets too shaky.
well I dont know... but it is talking better than me.

When Kipkay and his robot wife have a baby it will sound just like this.

    • whats

the name of the voice over software you bought??

      By GBprod 1192939631
    • well

(naturalreaders.com) name of this narrator is Mike, I like his voice.
If you want it more attractive you can use jetaudio application and give it some -1 pitch. After that record the playback by the jetaudio, the out put is wav then insert it to ur Time-Line, also know that if u add effects, Bypass
Effect which come with the application, works nice with Mike’s voice.
      Good Luck

  • Good info!

Thanks Sammy. I think what this really shows if for a small price, the CD/DVD manufacturers could do this for us. They don't, cause 1) They make it for as cheap as they can, and 2) It's in their best interest to have it unplayable after a while (increase repeat sales). Maybe after the public sees this they will demand better?

I thought the voice was cool, sorry for the other's ignorance. I appreciate that you posted in English so I could understand it. :)

  • That was VERY HELPFUL!!

I had a soundtrack CD just fall apart on me once. It was a cheap Staples brand one and I had stuck a post-it note on it and it pulled the reflective layer that holds the data right off! Needless to say, my performance never occurred. I will do this to all my discs that I value now - THANKS!

  • That's Great "-"

    Whoo' Really !!!

  • Excellent

Great suggestions. Many people aren't aware that damage can happen on both sides of the CD. I respect that you went out of your way to make sure we understand what you're trying to say. It means a lot, and please ignore those people that make fun of the 'robot' voice. It actually sounds pretty convincing! Great video, keep it up!

      By Conexion 1197795667
  • clarification

it seems that you put the protection layer over the title part of the cd and not the shinny part is that correct or where you just using that as a visual demonstration

    By Yomi15 1220692392
    • yea that is right place

      that is the right place.
to protect the data cover, if a cd got scratch on label side, then players cannot read the data at all.

  • Scratcproof but not hassle free

Nice educational vid. Not many people seems to know that the top side of the cd is actually the one easiest damaged by scratches. But making all your cds scratch-proofed this way seems like a lot of work though
