ADHD facts tend to get submerged in a sea of hype and misinformation. In this video we look at the facts concerning the consumption of sugar and the importance of diet generally in maintaining healthy brain function for the ADHD child. We also look at a report in the Pediatrics journal which reveals that many of the foods we eat are full of organophosphates. It has been found that children with high levels are much more likely to develop ADHD and/or have behavioral problems.
