Jason Yun introduces the fit tests. This fit test is Kettlebell Swings


1. Women:
1. 50 in a Row with a minimum 12 KG
2. 100 in a Row with 12 KG or heavier
3. 150 in a Row with a 12 KG or higher
4. 200 in a row with a 12 kg or higher
3. Men
1. 50 in a Row with a minimum 16 KG
2. 100 in a Row with 16 KG or heavier
3. 150 in a Row with a 16 KG or higher
4. 200 in a row with a 16 kg or higher



These are 10 tests designed for his clients both in Columbus, OH and area and also online.
