Last week boy wonder was pulled over by a cop for reckless driving and the paparazzi were all over the place to capture the moment. However, there is another twist to this story, with Justin Bieber himself dialing 911 just after getting his ticket. The 911 call was for the authorities to get the paparazzi away from Justin’s car.
