My question is: How do they figure that most people will pick a red hammer? Or is it just a given that a few people will pick one and they'll be all surprised while everyone else thinks, "meh. I must be one of the 2% then."

this should be a way to categorize people. I wonder how well it would group people with the same interests? a cool experiment indeed. then do the psycho test to the same people again without letting them communicate with one an other then see how many are in the same group. very interesting...
