Filmed at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant in London, this video features chef Michael Howell showing how to make snow crab and sweet pea risotto – a Nova Scotian specialty.
Michael is from the Canadian province and is one of their top chefs. He is the leader of Slow Food Nova Scotia, sits on the board of Taste of Nova Scotia and is President of the Restaurant Association of Nova Scotia.
In Nova Scotia you are never more than 35 miles from the sea, and with 4600 miles of coastline it should come as no surprise that seafood is their specialty.
