my guess
a magnet on a rubberband, held stretched
to palm of hand by a thin string attached to end of finger(the hand is brought farther down in the video when key dissapears)then he speads fingers to release magnet and it shoots up his arm,he then flips his hand over and key is gone

I know how it is done!!
100% its been edited!! keep restarting the video just as his hand passes over the keys and you can see the key acctually vanish while his hand is just too far over... EDITED!! next time just show us all how its done and ill give you a star or two... for makin me do the work its no stars for you!

- nope there's no editing
  just because it vanishes it doesn't mean there is a cut, just that it happens so fast that you or the camera (1/25th of a second) doesn't see it - my bet is that the key is atached to a stretched rubber band and when he lightens the hold it just snaps back behind his hand out of view

ROFL nice vid edit...
right around 10 seconds after the hand passes over the keys you can see the 3rd key for a brief second before it dissapears. Also not the change in the direction of the surface of the towel (far right side) its hard to see, but once you see it also take note how the rest of the towel stays the same. NT maybe next time ROFL.

  It is a tiny change but the towel does slightly change, if you look at the edge of the towel between both arms you can see the change at the exact second the key "vanishes." lol, you had me going there for a minutle nickster 5*'s.

i'm not sure
but i think it is like one of the coin disappearing trick, you have a magnet on one finger - with a string, then u weave on top of keys then when u try to disappear it u move ur hand near the key, the metal key will go with the magnet and then u release the magnet and a string pulls the magnet with the key away from your hand, but i am not sure
