- You think thats fast
The video showed that the oyster is half opened. Meaning its been heated or cooked since after they open, they serve in ice ready to eat. The real thing is opening it fresh when it is not half open or half cook. Not fast enough for me

In France, the seafood plate is served that way. On ice, and half open. The consumer swallow it like that ( Have you seen Mr Bean last movie ? lol). It's true, the guy is nos opening it very fast, just because he was explaining the movement that the knife have to do... Have a good day !
