300 workout No Prisoners.. NO MERCY version 10: Here are the simple rules: Perform one set from 1A and then one set from 1B, rest for 45 sec, then repeat until you did 2 sets of each. Don't rest between these sets. For example, perform DB Press followed by Band Press without any break in between this set. Spartans! Prepare for glory!

    After watching one of your video's a few weeks ago, i went out and bought an exercise ball and a band, and have been following my own routine nightly with both. My question is, is that good for gaining muscle mass vs. free weights? I want to gain a substantial amount of muscle mass and have a body that looks tone, what would be the best method i guess?

    yeah i have been using a 100 pound vest during the day at school and weights on my legs

    i gained 10 pounds of muscle, but you have to be careful, it is not good to let it sit on you for like over 5-6 hours because i can make your back go out on ya
