Originaly uploaded to Youtube. A very brief tutorial on how to draw an Anime style woman.

Remember, if you want to become a great artist you must practise and observer real life, even if you do just want to draw cartoons. it all helps. observe nature, the colour and how things interact with eachother. Still life may be boring but it helps alot. also continue to study anatomy as much as you can. even if you know already. the more you know the greater your piccys will be.

i tried it
i redraw your painting and i was not so bad as i thought before. :)

but i've two questions: what brush did u used?? Are you using a special mouse for the digital painting. (i found it unbelievable hard to draw clean lines)

- if your in PS
  Use the normal default brush, you can only get the pressure effect if you have a pen tablet. they arent that expensive anymore, go to wacom.com or your best PC store and ask about them to achieve the clean lines you need to have a free stroke so you can go over lines and so on. go invest in a tablet youll be glad you did! :)

  cause i work with architectual and 3d programms to, i think its usefull anyway. cu, going to ebay know ;)
