Did no-one else hear the video mention that Aphartide was still in effect in the town where this was filmed. That is a disgrace. I find the film funny due to the reactions, the racial area of the prank was to evoke the reactions of the people, who in my opinion, to some extent deserve it if they still have Aphartide. I went to south africa on a tour a few years ago and witnessed a lot more evident racism, and this film is just trying demonstrate this. Yes, i understand how some may think it goes OTT, but i think it is a fun way of showing how stupid and narrowminded these people are by having aparthide, and its a comical way of addressing a serious issue, which i think is very well done.

The film from which this clip was taken was released in 1996, 10 years ago.South Africans are very aware of their place now days. For many south african families, such as my own, apartheid was a way of life, no one in my family is racist nor did we look down upon any other race. I grew up with few black people around me, I am not racist, it is just the way it was, not knowing any better i never questioned it.South Africa has come a long way in ten years. I willl say it now, there still are racist people in South Africa, whites and blacks, and will always be but I suggest people should look in their own back garden first because there is not town in this world that can brag to be 'racist free'.
