Yeah...
My Boy Scout troop goes on an annual "freeze-out" (camping in the winter), and every year we have fires like that (but usually a bit bigger) with some sort of cool way to light it. One year they lit it with a rocket, one year they threw chemicals in it to turn it green, etc. That was a cool explosion, though.
