Classic Game Room reviews DONKEY KONG for ColecoVision. This Coleco game from 1982 was actually packed in with the Coleco Vision game system for a while. Nintendo's Donkey Kong is one of the most famous and well loved video games of all time. How does the ColecoVision version of Donkey Kong compare to the arcade original and the Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 versions of Donkey Kong? Solid graphics and colors make the Coleco cartridge of DK look sharp and fun to play. The game suffers from some twitchy controls and a lackluster difficulty curve.
