Classic Game Room season 1 - December 24, 1999. The boys at CGR review Xevious for the Atari 7800. In this old school, very early episode of Game Room filmed in December 1999 we see the pre-green screen background and plant. Game Room was the first classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Xevious is regarded as the first real vertical scrolling shooter, or SHMUP. From Namco. Classic Game Room reviewed Atari, NES, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Dreamcast and Playstation... too bad they didn't get to Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 or Wii. Now Classic Game Room is covering the new systems. Classic Game Room is on DVD.

Carnival review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Shop CGR shirts and hats!! http://www.CGRstore.com Classic Game Room reviews CARNIVAL for Atari 2600 from Sega and Coleco!! It's a super fun carnival where you shoot owl targets, ducks and bunny rabbits but beware of the Galaxian-duck-ghosts that will eat your ammo! Make sure to aim for the rotating pipes at the top of the screen hiding behind the green block.... what is actually supposed to be happening here??? Carnival is a 1982 release for the Atari 2600 based on Sega's popular 1980 arcade game. CGR Carnival video review features Carnival Atari 2600 gameplay.
