Baking powder/soda
In the video you show baking soda but in the audio you state baking powder. They are two very different substances.

Paking soda
It is Sodium Hydroxide.. very corrosive chemical agent , it eats the tooth, do not use it

It's baking soda...
Soda is a base. Strawberries are slightly acid. The chemical reaction will "clean" your teeth. You could use vinegar or hydrogen peroxide instead of strawberries, but you'd get a more violent reaction (more foam)
