You know what I find interesting? No one takes the good in life any more.

No matter what video I've seen on this sight, whether it be a leaf fallin or a cat rolling around or rhonaldinho playing soccer, I scroll down and all the comments eventually become some racist slur, or comments about whose country this or whose country that. It is becoming ridiculous. WHAT IS THE POINT??????

The video is about a really fat cat. It was put on the site for our awws and amusement, point blank. Crack jokes, be amused, say aww. Why is it that a fat cat can make stupid people act foolish and hateful.

When we were born, did we decide what skin color, ethnicity or country we were born in, when inside the womb? NO, any of us could have been born any where as anyone, the fact remains, is we are all human, we all bleed, we all feel.

That cat is so cute, even if it is dangerously overweight. It's owners seem to really care for it, like it's their baby. Cats can grow that large naturally because of brain lesions.

Stop sterio typeing the Chinese and my wife is chinese. I have been to central china and the cats and dogs are everywere and no one was beating them. You watch to much TV. As for Chinese and Japanese I would hold a grudge to if Japan came to my country and beheaded men and children and turned the ladies of china into prostitutes for japanese soldiers. Think about it and ask your self how you would feel watching your mother are sister being violated by a alien people bent on domination. It makes me sad that your minds are only open to what your shown and not what the whole truth is.

That is in China. Most of the Chinese do not keep cats or animals as pats..at least,not in the way how the europeans do. They chain the dogs somewhere all day long, tease and torture the most animals they got to see.
They just do not have idea, animals are animals..they should have their own lives...not crowns for the humanbeings and not to be treated like a boiled kid..

We have 4 cats and one of them is about 20 pounds. He just likes to eat and doesn't run much. He sort of waddles. We've even got them on "light" food and don't feed them very much.

I'd guess the cat in the video is about 30 lbs. But with no sound and not being able to read Japanese I can't tell.

Why do these owners do that to pets? the cat can not go to the cupboard and get it's own food,surley they know they are overfeeding it just by looking at it very cruel to make your pet that unhealthy.

I understand that alot of people lean towards racism, but it still is pretty annoying to listen to. Who cares where the cat is from, there are obese pets everywhere. The cat is happy, he cant see how fat he is, he doesnt have a human mind that thinks about how morbidly obese he is and that he might die prematurely. All he knows is that he gets fed and gets to sleep and lounge around all day, and play with a mouse on a string, thats a cats ultimate lifestyle. He could be out on the street with tape worms starving, living a "natural life", would that be better? or worse? It's all the same.
