This is the first in a two part report from "Haute Dogs Howl'oween Parade and Pageant in Long Beach, California. Each year hundreds of dogs and their human companions dress in costumes and parade around to raise money for animal charities and rescues. The costumes are cute, funny, spooky and sometimes just plain silly!
