What it looks like to me is a shadow of a guy riding a motorcycle then it flys into the air. They should to a background check on the street to see if anyone has died there.

Looks like an orb to me. I used to do tai chi on a Kauai beach at three in the morning, and often had different energy orbs approach me. Different colors. Very subtle, and hard to see. Probably a common phenomenon that we just haven't logged yet.
