Adventure Time: Explore The Dungeon Because I Don’t Know! review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Shop CGR shirts & mugs! http://www.CGRstore.com Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Adventure Time: Explore The Dungeon Because I Don’t Know! for the Nintendo 3DS developed by WayForward Technologies and published by D3 Publisher. WayForward returns to the world of Adventure Time with another retro-inspired and fantastically subtitled video game. Adventure Time: Explore The Dungeon Because I Don’t Know! is an old-school dungeon crawler with NES-style cutscenes and music, some great sprite work and gameplay straight out of 1987. Gameplay from 1987 ages well, mostly. Princess Bubblegum’s dungeon full of enemies is leaking enemies, and it’s up to you to crawl through and keep them at bay. Collect treasure, upgrade your characters, battle skeletons with magic ice cream cones—you know, the usual. The game includes more than 100 levels to fight through, as well as a cool hub world where players can purchase items and make their upgrades. Playable characters include Finn, Jake, Merceline, Ice King, Cinnamon Bun, Flame Princess, Lumpy Space Princess and Lemongrab. The 3DS version of Adventure Time: Explore The Dungeon Because I Don’t Know! is a single-player game. This video review features video gameplay footage of Adventure Time: Explore The Dungeon Because I Don’t Know! for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
Othello Millenium review. http://www.ClassicGameRoom.com Shop CGR shirts & mugs! http://www.CGRstore.com Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Othello Millenium for Game Boy Color developed by Tomcat System and published by Tsukuda Original. Othello Millenium - which released just before the millenium, just so we're on the same page - doesn't just emulate the classic board game of flipping little discs back and forth. No, it also acts as a teaching tool, providing a cute animal-looking thing that you yourself raise from a blob of protoplasm, which either cheers your excellent plays or jeers your bonehead maneuvers. There are even quizzes on the nature of the game, which test your analysis of a board state and require you to pick out the best play. This video review features video gameplay footage of Othello Millenium for Game Boy Color and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
