    that's where all the tax-payers' money go! I mean if they need to sup up the petrol cars for performance it's understandable (the job calls for it)... but to ahve esthetics like Sports rims and all? No wonder people evade taxes... they dun trust their leaders to use the money honorably.

      you need an education. I am willing to bet you don't even know a Law Enforcement Officer. You probably smoke dope and fu**ing go nuts when you see one coming down the street. You ever thought about maybe the fact that a business down the street that sell auto parts (including the sport rims) may donate the rims to the department to promote the damn things.
