for those ignorant in modern age urban sports.. .parkour, developed in france is a urban sport centralized around running through cities artistic like. it includes vaulting and precision jumps. i know for a fact that this guy is ok because there is another "getaway" video where the camera man is on the opposite side, same jumper, same spot, in the video he completes the jump and even does a front-tuck while in transit!

Looks like some suburb in Russia. In Russia, 99% people do not have health insurance - they have extensive public health system. Before anyone knocks it, the Russian health service is a lot better than the system in Scotland where I live, having 10 years experience of each. Main problem in Russia is the belief in fate: means Russians do not wear safety belts and do stunts like this in the expectation that if their time is not up then nothing can happen. Both fill hospitals fast.
