  it's simpler than that, it's just lens flare like you get from the sun, look as it moves at the same speed as the light sources.

I want to keep this "positive", but REALLY ...are this person's vid's a JOKE? I stupidly watched most of them, 'cuz I figured I'd find ONE that was real...I know firsthand that the paranormal and unexplained are real, and these make a mockery of it all... but with a member name of 'paranormalPRO' one would think that this person had a right to post videos like this- or maybe they're just a PRO at special effects and wasting people's time?
I really am enjoying this site though! Many more on here that are REAL!!!

No angel
It is clear that it is a flair. Moves at the same speed as the camera. Camera zooms at the end, thats why you get the "angel" in the foreground
