  Check Wikipedia or Google: Peru Air Force, nobody compare with Peru Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile check detail inventory on these countries. USA is the most powerful in the world you can not compare Peru with USA it is silly.
  But comparing with the rest of America Peru is superior in Air Force. Do better research next time rookie.
