Maybe the camera person doesn't have much experience. Perhaps it's the rider's or drivers camera and they are not familiar with the zome controls. I was wondering which particular sports car (or any car built in Albania) can beat a standard Dodge Viper in:
1. Acceleration over 400 meters from a standing start.
2. Acceleration form 70 - 140 mph.
3. Top speed.
4. A lap around Nurburgring.

I was wondering also if you:
1. Have a licence?
2. Have driven any car at all?
3. Have driven any vehicle with more than 100 Kw at the rear wheels?
4. Have driven any car that can exceed 125 mph (200 kph)?
5. Have an I.Q of more than 90?
6. Is older than 12 years of age?

Vipers are a big waste you have an 8.0 or even a 8.3 and can only get 380 BHP from it! That is total crap.
I do have a licence (passed first time) I'm 18 I've probably drove more and faster cars then you in the last 2 years. I'm working at BMW as an apprentice have been working on cars for nearly 4 years now.
And I'm sure an M3 has more then 100KW to the rear wheels. Being a 3.2 with just 60 less BHP but more then half the engine. I've never tested my IQ but don't think because im 18 that I don't know what I'm talking about. I can near enough fix any problem a car has. And I own a BMW 318i.

Now that would be 320 hp as you claim the Viper has 380 rwhp. Even your own incorrect figures dont add up!
So if your 318 has 200 hp (148kw) at the rear wheels it still is only 41% of the Viper's rwhp.
The Viper ranges in capacity from 8 litres to 8.4 litres for the latest model.

There are numerous sites that have tests of the viper and most other performance vehicles. They show 11.8 - 12.2
I don't know where you got that figure. perhaps from the back of an envelope.

The GSXR is quicker than the Hyabusa.

The Hyabusa is faster than the GSXR.
315kph vs 305kph average on tests.
There are a number of stock superbikes that are quicker than the Hyabusa. Check out motorcyclistonline for a list of performance tests of numerous bikes.
The Veron mfg claim is 10.8. It has tested any where between 10.2 and that claim.
Many bikes beat the Veyron over standing 1/4 and km. None beat it's top speed except some highly modified and usually turbocharged superbikes. bang for buck the bikes s**t all over the Veyron which is a dreamers unobtainium machine.

The Busa is not turbo-charged. it has a few mods including exhaust, chip, gear box and final drive ratio.
The Viper is supercharged and they claim 730 hp. That is probably at the wheels. Even so the Busa would do the 1/4 mile in about 10.2 secs and the Viper about 11.2. Stock, the viper does between 11.8 and 12.2 depending on weather, driver, model and tune.
Ultimately this Viper is faster but the Busa quicker, a distinction a lot of you people don't seem to understand. A turbo Busa would be about 1 - 1.5 seconds quicker than stock but very difficult to launch cleanly as it tends to wheelie.

How do you know the guy was short shifting? The Viper has an 8 litre + v10 engine that is relatively low reving. It's big feature is its massive torque at low and middle RPM. No point in reving the crap out of it. How do you know what revs he was using? You driven a Viper and know the sound of the engine at the correct shift points? So what was the rpm he was using? What are the optimum shift points in each gear for this Viper? 5,500? 6,000, 5780?

If you rode the Hyabusa you wouldn't go "wow", you would go "FAAAARRRRKKKK!!!"
Sure, from the outside the Viper looks good and delivers "wow" performance. But, because the Hyabusa is a mass produced motorcycle, at about an 8th of the Vipers cost, it has become relatively common in USA, Australia and Europe. The Viper is very rare in Australia and does have the "wow" factor. Perhaps you have to have a vehicle that everyone stares at, you wear your sunglasses, look cool and look at yourself in shop windows. Most people ragard this breed of drivers as wankers in their extreme form.

There are many examples where a modified, road legal car has beaten a Hyabusa either because of massive horsepower and modifications or because of poor rider technique.
A standard Hyabusa will beat any "standard" road legal car over the 1/4 mile and standing kilometer. One of a kind prototypes and specials should not be included.
Yeh, bike is always going to win in the case of a lightly modded Hyabusa vs a supercharged Viper. That is in respect of accelleration but not top speed. The car may have the edge by 10 mph given a long enough run.

Is that like a handycap system? Non- turbos cant race turbos. Bikes can't race cars unless they are towing a trailer.
