  it just happened to me,i had to stop doing stuff like that so i could still play hockey and baseball !

  SYNOVECTOMIE
  should only do this once in a while
  the worst is that it is not affecting you right away ...its accumulated damage ..even when you stop the damage are still comming in for a while ....its like getting drunk ..stop drinking but effect still come in

not a bad video.
im not an expert on parkour, but from videos iv seen...
try to lift yourself up in a couple of moves instead of scrambling about.
dont do big runs when near the end you pussy-foot about.

not a bad video though, keep it up!

Sweet
This is called parkour, the art of traversing obstacles in the most efficient, graceful manner. I used to practice this with my friends but not too much anymore. Good video, reminds me of a parkour movie called District B13 (with David Belle, the inventor of parkour).
