any time u are sitting in a chair, sit sideways and lean back slightly. just enough to feel your abs tighten. the longer u can hold that position the stronger ur abs will become thus defining each one making a siz pack

I have been a competetive bodybuilder for 10 years and have also won two powerlifting contests in my weight class. Can you deadlift 600 pounds at 190 pounds bodyweight? I also have 2 national titles as a male fitness model, both in 2007. Bodybuilders train heavy and fo0r strength also. We may do more reps at the heavier weights, whereas powerlifters do more one rep maxes with more rest in between sets. Any type of resistance training will make you stronger. Do some research and get your info correct. Better yet, get you self into a gym and learn the reality of weightlifting.

a six pack needs to be visible to exist.. the worlds strongest men don't have six packs, and they' aren't well defined at all, they're just strong...
a six pack is a question of cutness, definition and body fat percentage, not strength.
I've been doing this work-out 2-3 times a day (when I wake up, before dinner and before I go to bed) for 2 weeks and the difference is unreal. I can't believe the progress with this simple but very effective exercise. I recommend this to anyone.

My recomendation is to stretch b4 and after so that your mucles can ajust to the new pressure.....also you should have at least one day of rest and don't do it more than 3times a day.....i do it 2 times a day one b4 school and one b4 bed but don't do it too much even if you want them really bad! Your mucles need to have relaxation. Also lean against the wall every morning with back against it and squat there and eat a bowl of plain yogurt it helps you too =) hope i helped you guys

Im 14 years old and im not trying to brag, but physical fitness is one of those abilities that comes easy for me, just like solving math equations comes easier for others. Ive had a 6 pack for a few years, but now i want to up that to an 8 pack. I already have the outline of the two that boarder ur ribs, but i just need to get those 2 big just like all of the others. with summer around the corner, id like to have a routine that could get me one in a month or two for the ladies at the pool. i know for an 8 pack, u have to have some natural ability as well as hard work and i think i have the ability and am going to be dedicated to the work. thanks a lot everyone!

Notice this gentleman did not stretch whatso ever before perofming these exercises. Upon bringing your legs down they should only be elevated 1" above the ground...then up again. Feet should be places on the edge of the couch so the couch does not encumber any weight..(2:25).you're only cheating yourself of the full effect. Also try and come up as high as possible every time. (3:25)...Elbows to Knees..Elbows to Knees man...

Do them slow at first until you get the hang of it or you can easily hurt your back. It happen to me. I'm ok now but I somehow pulled a muscle on my upper center back. So start slowly until you get the rhythm.

actually,I am a 23 years old girl who is 50 kgs.I am thin but my belly is not fit.While ı am standing up,it looks thin and good but when ı sit down,it looks like a bag of cotton.soft and bad.Also I drink much much water,but whenever I drink water my belly looks like a baloon full of water.
will that help it to be fit even when I sit down.I havent been doing any kind of sports for nearly 5 years.only swimmng from summer to summer.
could someone tell me what to do,but pls dont tell me to attend gyms,I pay but I never go.I am lazy.
