    even if he appears to have a gut, it doesn't mean he doesn't have a six pack. All of the strongest men in the world look beefy. Those body builders you see posing on stage for a crowd are nothing compared to the strongest men in the world competitions. They are 2 totally different types of workouts, one makes you strong and the other makes you look strong.

      you dont need to eat differently really you just need to watch out how much you eat. If you think you eat a lot than just eat half that from now on. And if possible less sugar as possible unless when you really think your low on sugar. That goes for drink's as well less sugar in em but doesn't mean you stop drinking them 100%. just keep it balanced a bit, and eat both thing's meat and vegi. both are needet for human body unless your a vegetarian. and try eating like a small snack's every 2h than eating 1 big meal at once should be something like from morning and till 5:00 pm till like dinner. that should be a good balance really but not for every one and you might mb change it a bit. so that you feel comfortable in it as well.

      no it doesn't it doesn't even matter what age. but it probably depend's how ripped or how chubby you are. the ones that are a bit more will also need a bit more time than those that all rdy have some slim or close to slim body posture.

      now that your doing the exercise your body will need protein to build muscle. you get that by either shakes or eating a lot of meat eggs beans and keep your fats and sugars low. drink lots of water to keep hydrated. the only down side of this is that protein makes you fart and when you do boy does it stink

      You must be a real fitness pro. I have been a competetive bodybuilder for 10 years and have also won two powerlifting contests in my weight class. Can you deadlift 600 pounds at 190 pounds bodyweight? I also have 2 national titles as a male fitness model, both in 2007. Bodybuilders train heavy and fo0r strength also. We may do more reps at the heavier weights, whereas powerlifters do more one rep maxes with more rest in between sets. Any type of resistance training will make you stronger. Do some research and get your info correct. Better yet, get you self into a gym and learn the reality of weightlifting.

      a six pack needs to be visible to exist.. the worlds strongest men don't have six packs, and they' aren't well defined at all, they're just strong...

      a six pack is a question of cutness, definition and body fat percentage, not strength.

    This is REALLY good. I saw improvement in ONE week. That is doing this 3 times, sometimes even 4 times a day. And eating alot of protein foods help. Meat, Egg (Whites), Peanut-butter o-o. Fish too. =]

    You should always make sure you keep your legs, and toes straight when lifting..(0:40)...ie..don't bend your knees. Notice this gentleman did not stretch whatso ever before perofming these exercises. Upon bringing your legs down they should only be elevated 1" above the ground...then up again. Feet should be places on the edge of the couch so the couch does not encumber any weight..(2:25).you're only cheating yourself of the full effect. Also try and come up as high as possible every time. (3:25)...Elbows to Knees..Elbows to Knees man...

    These are excellent routines. And if you stick to it, it really works. But they're not as easy as they look to do. Do them slow at first until you get the hang of it or you can easily hurt your back. It happen to me. I'm ok now but I somehow pulled a muscle on my upper center back. So start slowly until you get the rhythm.
