With your cell phone, type the emergency number of your country instead of the PIN number and you can call. It's usefull in an emergency situation, traffict accident or when you need to call quickly and you phone is off.
I know that it works too when your phone is locked, type the emergency number and the phone calls and you don't need to unlock it. Usefull i think. Try it...
